Although Lassen County falls below the population threshold requiring live streaming of public meetings under the Brown Act there are constituents who would like to participate in and remain informed about public meetings but are unable to attend due to meetings being held during normal work hours. Providing live streaming of these meetings would increase public accessibility and transparency by allowing members of the public to view meetings as they occur remotely and when available access recordings at a later time. FISCAL IMPACT: Unknown.
