SUBJECT: Proposed amendment of the Land Use Element of the Lassen County General Plan adding Goals, Policies and Implementation Measures for camping on private property and on county public property.
FISCAL IMPACT: Unknown.
ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Receive report from staff and recommendation of approval from the Planning Commission; and 2) conduct a public hearing as required by Government Code Section 65355; and 3) adopt a resolution adopting the Camping General Plan Amendment.
