LASSEN COUNTY FAIR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FAIR PRODUCTION
SUBJECT: Award JMF Entertainment a 3-year agreement to provide the Lassen County Fair with staging, lighting, and sound with an option to extend two years.
FISCAL IMPACT: $160,837.29 total contract amount. Expenditure will be included in budget requests: ($51,337.29) 2024/2025 Fiscal Year, ($53,500) 2025/2026 Fiscal Year, and ($56,000) 2026/2027 Fiscal Year.
ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Award Lassen County Fair 3-year production agreement to JMF Entertainment with the option to extend an additional two years; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer to execute agreement.
