SUBJECT: Acknowledgement of resignation of Board of Supervisors appointee Supervisor Gallagher to the California State Association of Counties (CSAC) and appointment of a member of the Board of Supervisors thereto to fill the vacancy.

ACTION REQUESTED: Acknowledge resignation and make/designate appointment of Regular and Alternate member to CSAC.
