FIRST AMENDMENT TO CHILD ABUSE PREVENTION, INTERVENTION AND TREATMENT (CAPIT) GRANT AGREEMENT WITH LASSEN FAMILY SERVICES
SUBJECT: First amendment to Child Abuse Prevention, Intervention and Treatment (CAPIT) Grant Agreement with Lassen Family Services for the Fiscal Year 2025/2026 to reconcile the payment grid to reflect actual program utilization and redistribute funding.
FISCAL IMPACT: There is no increase to the total agreement amount or additional fiscal impact. The amendment reallocates existing Fiscal Year 2025/2026 CAPIT grant funding among approved program activities. This agreement will be paid from the Community Social Services Fund/Budget Unit No. 120-8531.
ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the amendment with Lassen Family Services; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer to execute the amendment.
