**The board will recess as the Lassen County Board of Supervisors and convene as the Big Valley Groundwater Basin Sustainability Agency.
BIG VALLEY GROUNDWATER BASIN SUSTAINABILITY AGENCY (GSA)
SUBJECT: Consider Big Valley Groundwater Basin Fiscal Year 2026/2027 Annual Work Plan, Schedule and Budget, prepared in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Lassen County Big Valley Groundwater Sustainability Agency and the Modoc County Big Valley Groundwater Sustainability Agency.
FISCAL IMPACT: The work authorized in the proposed Work Plan, Schedule and Budget is budgeted in the Lassen County Fiscal Year 2026/2027 Budget in General Fund Planning (Fund 100681) under professional services.
ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Receive report and recommended approval from the Big Valley Groundwater Basin Advisory Committee (BVAC); and 2) approve the Fiscal Year 2026/2027 Big Valley Groundwater Basin Annual Work Plan, Schedule and Budget.
**The board will adjourn as the Big Valley Groundwater Basin Sustainability Agency and reconvene as the Lassen County Board of Supervisors.
