Title: CONTRACT AMENDMENT SUBJECT: Amendment to the Contract with California Association of Environmental Health Administrators (CAEHA) which increases the amount payable to CAEHA from $113,000 to $193,000 and extends the term of the contract to June 30, 2024. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Receive amendment; and 2) authorize the Chairman to sign the amendment to the contract with CAEHA; and 3) approve Fund/Budget Unit No. 173-0732 appropriation and expenditure increase in the amount of $80,000 for a one year extension (4/5 vote required).
