TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM (THP) ROUND 8 AND HOUSING NAVIGATION AND MAINTENANCE PROGRAM (HNMP) ROUND 5
SUBJECT: Joint Allocation Acceptance Resolution for Transitional Housing Program (THP) Round 8 to help young adults (18-24 years of age) secure and maintain housing, with priority given to those in the state’s foster care or probation systems; and Housing Navigation and Maintenance Program (HNMP) Round 5 to provide housing navigation. Housing navigators assist young adults (18-24 years of age) in locating housing and overcoming barriers to locating housing with priority given to those formerly in the state’s foster care system.
FISCAL IMPACT: This is a revenue agreement for Fiscal Year 2026/2027 in the amount of $23,289 for THP Funding and $10,997 for HNMP Funding for a total of $34,286 for the Housing & Grants Fund/Budget Unit No. 110-0941.
