FISCAL IMPACT: This agreement will be paid from the Behavioral Health Fund/Budget Unit No. 110-0751, Alcohol and Drug Fund/Budget Unit No. 110-0771 and Behavioral Health Services Act Fund/Budget Unit No. 164-0752, with a maximum contract amount not to exceed $60,000. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the agreement with The SmithWaters Group; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer to execute the agreement.
