SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN LASSEN COUNTY AND STAR VIEW BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, INC. AKA STAR VIEW ADOLESCENT CENTER
SUBJECT: Second Amendment to the Agreement between Lassen County and Star View Behavioral Health, Inc. aka Star View Adolescent Center. This amendment adds code 99212 to the payment grid and increases the maximum amount to $600,000, for the 2025/2026 Fiscal Year.
FISCAL IMPACT: This agreement will be paid from Behavioral Health Fund/Budget Unit No.110-0751 and Behavioral Health Services Act Fund/Budget Unit No. 164-0752, with a maximum contract amount not to exceed $600,000.
ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the second amendment to the agreement with Star View Behavioral Health, Inc. aka Star View Adolescent Center; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer to execute the agreement.
