Title: LASSEN OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES CAL FIRE AGREEMENT AMENDMENT SUBJECT: Consideration of approval of CAL FIRE Agreement Amendment to provide for coordination and implementation of emergency functions. FISCAL IMPACT: No anticipated impact to the general fund for the remainder of the term in fiscal years 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 from Fund/Budget Unit No. 100-0661. Cost increase will be offset by approximately $83,000 from Lassen County Health and Social Services for fiscal year 2023/2024 and fiscal year 2024/2025. In addition, Emergency Management Performance Grant funding in the amount of $ 132,100.00 is available for reimbursement of County costs until June 30, 2024. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve and authorize County Administrative Officer to execute, or 2) provide direction to staff.
