Title: ACTION REQUESTED: Receive and file the following correspondence: a. California Department of Fish and Wildlife Response to July 2023 Director's Commitments. b. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is preparing a Determination of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Adequacy (DNA) that covers the purchase of a 283.24-acres of privately-owned land within Lassen County. This process includes an environmental review, hazardous waste survey, appraisal, and a fair market value payment to the private landowner.
