Title: FUNDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN LASSEN COUNTY AND TRAINING, EMPLOYMENT, AND COMMUNITY HELP, INC SUBJECT: Funding Agreement between Lassen County and Training, Employment, and Community Help, Inc. for Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention Program, Round 3 in the amount of $50,376.71. The agreement will begin upon a fully signed agreement and will terminate on December 31, 2026, or upon delivery of the Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention Program, Round 3 final report required by Health and Safety Code Section 50233(b), whichever is sooner. FISCAL IMPACT: This funding source has been previously approved by the Board of Supervisors and is incorporated into the County’s existing budget. The County of Lassen has been a party to prior, Board-approved iterations of these HHAP-3 agreements. The current agreements reflect a change in the Administrative Entity only; T.E.A.C.H., Inc. will assume this role, replacing the City of Redding, with Shasta County having served as the Administrati...

SUBJECT: Funding Agreement between Lassen County and Training, Employment, and Community Help, Inc. for Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention Program, Round 3 in the amount of $50,376.71.
