Title: PROPOSITION 65 REPORT SUBJECT: REPORT NO. 19-01 NOTIFICATION OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS RELEASE Report received from California Highway Patrol (CHP) Sergeant Kris Rolin, February 7, 2019, regarding a February 7, 2019, incident of approximately 15 gallons of diesel fuel spilled onto the roadway and traveled west across both the northbound and soutbound lanes of US-395. 75 gallons of Sherwin-Williams Paint products spilled onto the roadway of US-395. California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) was notified and responded to the scene to assist coordinating the cleanup. On February 8, 2019, Patriot Environmental Services arrived on the scene to clean up the Hazmat and unload the paint from the trailer of Party #2. ACTION: Receive and file Report No. 19-01.
