California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) was notified and responded to the scene to assist coordinating the cleanup. On February 8, 2019, Patriot Environmental Services arrived on the scene to clean up the Hazmat and unload the paint from the trailer of Party #2. ACTION: Receive and file Report No. 19-01.
