ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Receive Planning Commission Resolution No. 4-01-26, which conditionally approved Use Permit #2026-001; and 2) conduct a public hearing; and 3) adopt a resolution approving the appeal; thereby disapproving the use permit; or 4) adopt a resolution disapproving the appeal; thereby approving the use permit.
