Title: FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN LASSEN COUNTY AND STAR VIEW BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, INC. AKA STAR VIEW ADOLESCENT CENTER SUBJECT: First Amendment to the agreement between Lassen County and Star View Behavioral Health, Inc. aka Star View Adolescent Center. This amendment increases the maximum amount to $600,000, for the 2026/2027 Fiscal Year. FISCAL IMPACT: This agreement will be paid from Behavioral Health Fund/Budget Unit No.110-0751 and Behavioral Health Services Act Fund/Budget Unit No. 164-0752, with a maximum contract amount not to exceed $600,000. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the first amendment agreement with Star View Behavioral Health, Inc. aka Star View Adolescent Center; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer to execute the agreement.
