Title: MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN LASSEN COUNTY AND TEHAMA COUNTY FOR DETAINED JUVENILES IN JUVENILE HALL SUBJECT: Memorandum of Understanding between Lassen County and Tehama County for detained juveniles in Juvenile Hall. SUBJECT: Memorandum of Understanding between Lassen County and Tehama County for detained juveniles in Juvenile Hall.
