SB1 ROAD MAINTENANCE AND REHABILITATION ACCOUNT (RMRA) FUNDING FISCAL YEAR 2026/2027
SUBJECT: Resolution adopting a list of projects for Fiscal Year 2026/2027 funded by SB1: The Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017.
FISCAL IMPACT: Anticipated revenue in the estimated amount of $3,906,562 from the 2026/2027 appropriation of SB1 RMRA Funds to the Fiscal Year 2026/2027 Road Budget, Fund No. 122.
ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the resolution adopting a list of projects for Fiscal year 2026/2027 funded by SB1: The Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017; and 2) authorize the Chairman to execute.
