Title: CONTRACT AMENDMENT BETWEEN LASSEN COUNTY FAIR AND SIERRA CASCADE FAMILY OPPORTUNITIES SUBJECT: Approve contract amendment establishing the negotiated monthly rate of $1,750 starting April 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026. Starting July 1, 2026, the monthly rate will increase by 3% to a monthly rate of $1,802.50. On July 1, of each subsequent year of the contract term, the monthly rate will increase by an additional 3%. The forgoing annual increase shall replace the biannual rate renegotiations. FISCAL IMPACT: Increase of $92,688.24 in revenue over the term of the contract. The total contract revenue will now be $200,688.24. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the contract amendment; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer or their designee to execute contract amendment; and/or 3) provide direction to staff.
