SIDE LETTER OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF LASSEN AND THE LASSEN COUNTY MANAGEMENT AND PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION (LCMPA)
SUBJECT: Side Letter of Agreement between the County of Lassen and the Lassen County Management and Professional Association (LCMPA) for Holiday Benefit When Working a Four Ten Schedule.
FISCAL IMPACT: An increase of two holiday hours at the base rate of pay for the following classifications: One (1) Road Field Supervisor and Five (5) Road Maintenance Supervisors when holidays fall within an assigned Four (4) Ten (10)-hour work schedule. Appropriation is included in Fund/Budget Unit No. 122-0221.
ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve Side Letter of Agreement; and 2) authorize the Chairman to execute the agreement; and/or 3) provide direction to staff.
