SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN LASSEN COUNTY AND THE CALIFORNIA MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES AUTHORITY
SUBJECT: Second Amendment to Agreement #WET PA-AM2 between Lassen County and the California Mental Health Services Authority for the Workforce Education and Training Program Funding.
FISCAL IMPACT: This is a revenue agreement for Mental Health Services Act Fund/Budget Unit No. 164-7520 in the amount of $58,589.09.
ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the Agreement #WET PA-AM2 with the California Mental Health Services Authority; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer to execute the agreement.
