COMMUNITY SOCIAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN LASSEN COUNTY AND SPARE-A-DIME, INC CROSSROADS DBA CROSSROADS MINISTRIES
SUBJECT: Agreement between Lassen County and Spare-A-Dime, Inc. Crossroads dba Crossroads Ministries to provide one-to-one faith-based life skills mentoring program to Lassen WORKs clientele transitioning to self-sufficiency for the term of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
FISCAL IMPACT: This agreement will be paid from the Community Social Services - Lassen WORKs Fund/Budget Unit No. 120-0855, with a maximum contract amount not to exceed $78,000.
ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the agreement with Spare-A-Dime, Inc. Crossroads dba Crossroads Ministries; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer to execute the agreement.
