INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT REGARDING TRANSFER OF PUBLIC FUNDS BETWEEN LASSEN COUNTY AND THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH CARE SERVICES
SUBJECT: Intergovernmental Agreement regarding transfer of public funds between Lassen County and the California Department of Health Care Services.
FISCAL IMPACT: Fiscal impact associated with this agreement will be allocated to the following funds and budget numbers, as applicable: Behavioral Health Fund/Budget Unit No. 110-0751, Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Fund/Budget Unit No. 110-0771, Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) Fund/Budget Unit No. 164-0752. The agreement does not specify a fixed dollar amount. Transfers will be made as necessary to meet the county’s nonfederal share of approved Medi-Cal behavioral health claims in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement.
