BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH WILLOW GLEN CARE CENTER
SUBJECT: First amendment to the agreement between Lassen County and Willow Glen Care Center to provide Lassen County residents placement in a residential care facility for the term of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. The amendment will increase the maximum amount and add additional language regarding bed-hold rates and Lanterman-Petris-Short declarations.
FISCAL IMPACT: This agreement will be paid out of Behavioral Health Fund/Budget Unit No. 110-0751, Alcohol and Drug Fund/Budget Unit No. 110-0771 and Behavioral Health Services Act Fund/Budget Unit No. 164-0752 for the maximum amount of $350,000.
ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the amendment; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer or Designee to execute the amendment.
