SUBJECT: Northern Rural Training and Employment Consortium (NoRTEC) Memorandum of Understanding MOU).
FISCAL IMPACT: There is no impact to County General Fund.
ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the MOU with NoRTEC and America’s Job Center of California Partners Phase II of II; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer to sign the Agreement.
