The board up was executed due to the owner’s failure to secure the premises from unauthorized entry. FISCAL IMPACT: Unknown, all or a portion of the costs could be recovered through recordation of an amended abatement lien. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Conduct Public Hearing; and 2) receive report from staff; and 3) adopt a resolution directing staff to execute and record the amendment to the lien on said property, with the Lassen County Recorder.
