AGREEMENTS
SUBJECT: Agreements between Lassen County Health and Social Services and the following contractors: Lassen Family Services - Supervised Visitation, UC Davis - Continuing & Professional Education, O’Connell Research, Inc. - Consultant Services, SacValley Medshare - Electronic Health Information Exchange and California Mental Health Services Authority - Fiscal and Payment Reform Subject Matter Expertise.
FISCAL IMPACT: There is no impact to County General Funds.
ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve Agreements; and 2) authorize the County Administrative officer to execute the agreements.
