SUBJECT: Adoption of a resolution designating the “The Strand”, for lawful off-highway vehicle (OHV) travel, at Spalding, California, and authorizing related actions pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and prescribing rules and regulations for OHV travel.
FISCAL IMPACT: Unknown.
ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Adopt resolution; and 2) authorize the Director of Planning to file a Notice of Exemption pursuant to CEQA); and/or 3) provide direction to staff.
